Gold Vermeil & Sterling Silver
Gold vermeil is a premium form of gold plating in which a substantial layer of gold is applied over a sterling silver base. The yellow version of this clasp features 14K yellow gold vermeil over sterling silver, while the white version features sterling silver. Stainless steel is used in functional components of the magnetic clasp for strength and durability.

Care: To help preserve the finish, avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, household chemicals, and abrasive cleaners. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store separately when not in use.

Gold Vermeil: Gold vermeil consists of a layer of gold over a sterling silver base. The gold surface may gradually wear with use, especially in areas exposed to frequent friction, moisture, cosmetics, or chemicals. If the gold layer wears, the underlying metal remains sterling silver.

Sterling Silver Material Disclosure

Sterling Silver: Sterling silver contains at least 92.5% silver. It may naturally tarnish when exposed to air, moisture, skin oils, or chemicals. Tarnish is a normal surface reaction and can usually be removed with appropriate silver care.
