Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us within that period to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you decide the item is not right for you, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Descry Creations will cover reasonable return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide return instructions.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.

Because many items are ordered, assembled, or prepared specifically for your order, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after the one-hour cancellation period.

Return Authorization

Please contact Descry Creations before sending any return. Items returned without prior authorization may delay processing of your refund.

Refunds are issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
