Products and Orders

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because many items are assembled, finished, or ordered specifically for each customer, slight variations may occur where appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.

After one hour, cancellation cannot be guaranteed because components may already have been ordered or work on the item may have begun.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Descry Creations will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Some products are made or assembled after an order is placed and may require additional processing time before shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended use and following any safety, care, or manufacturer instructions provided with the product.

Jewelry and jewelry components may contain small parts and should be kept away from young children and pets where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All original photographs, product descriptions, designs, graphics, and other content created by Descry Creations remain the property of Descry Creations and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Website Use

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Descry Creations is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use or misuse of products or this website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
